After that, we move on to pattypan squash with chicory à la pyramide, which goes beautifully with delicately ornamented glass. We recommend you leave some room for our gourmet speciality – a floating cake! And to round it all off, there is crystal as limpid as water, reminiscent of the pure, natural elements that nourish this land.
