Story behind the Space

Design Evolution
The journey of this design began at Euroluce in Milan in 2019. It was here that the client encountered our lighting installation, "Traces," crafted by designers Katarína Kudějová Fulínová and Kateřina Handlová. Dynamic in nature, this piece transitioned in colors, offering interactive "drawing" via a controller.

At the yacht's entrance...
For the yacht, the essence of this dynamic luminescence was retained. Originally envisioned for the bar zone, the completed interior space inspired the client to position this vibrant piece right at the yacht's entrance.

Together We Are the Ocean
Another luminary creation by Katarína graces the space above the dining table. Both designs draw their muse from the sea, with its rolling waves and the mesmerizing dance of water. Katarína chose components with an iridescent coating that shifts in color as light plays upon them. Together, their form and hue evoke the illusory semblance of water's surface, mirroring its myriad of colors and reflections.

Material Nuances & Craftsmanship
The hand-blown glass components above the dining table stand as a testament to traditional Bohemian craftsmanship. However, near the yacht's entrance, borosilicate glass is used. Noted for its resilience to heat and potential damages, borosilicate glass blends durability with aesthetic elegance.
