Concept
The Conrad Seoul Hotel lobby is adorned with a series of handmade glass sculptures in the style of traditional Asian fans. Their amber hues and golden highlights are consistent with the honey tones of the surrounding interiors. Careful spacing creates the whimsical appearance of movement through the space, leading the eye to the lighted spiral staircase connecting the first five floors of the 38-story building.
