Quick Bio
Jitka Kamencová Skuhravá is a renowned Czech glass artist and designer. She has been working with glass for over 20 years and often finds her source of inspiration in nature, mimicking structures of birds’ nests, spider webs, clusters of sea-grass, blades of grass, and straw drifting on the water or flailing in the wind. Apart from design, she is also active in the actual glass-making process, especially in engraving and grinding art glass solitaires.
